Giving Tuesday

#GivingTuesday is a global day of giving fueled by the power of social media and collaboration. Celebrated on the Tuesday following Thanksgiving and the widely recognized shopping events Black Friday and Cyber Monday, #GivingTuesday kicks off the charitable season, when many focus on their holiday and end-of-year giving.

This November 28th, join the movement. Our church will be giving to a local charity, Sacks of Love. There are many at risk students in our Kershaw County Schools who are in a position where they have few options for meals on weekends and holidays. Out of the concern for the well-being of these students, a ministry was formed called Sacks of Love Kershaw County. The purpose of Sacks of Love is to provide sacks filled with nutritious food that children take home on weekends.

Throughout the day on Tuesday, November 28th, you can give to Sacks of Love by texting the amount you would like to give to (803) 232- 7355 and following the prompts. You can also give online through our website. All offerings made on November 28th will go to Sacks of Love.
