WHAT IS FOOD FOR THE SOUL?
Food for the Soul is a local, faith-based Christian mission that exists to serve as a Christ-like ministry, committed to providing food and shelter, awakening hope, and honoring dignity to those in need in Kershaw County.
Friendship has partnered with Food for the Soul to help provide meals to those in need.
Meals are served on Monday nights at Friendship from 6-7pm.
HOW CAN I SERVE?
There are two primary ways you can serve on Mondays.
Monday 2:00-4:30pm: Help prepare food at the church.
Monday 5:00-7:15pm: Set-up, serve food, and clean-up.
If you're interested in serving in either capacity, or have questions, please fill out the form below. You will be added to an email list and begin receiving a weekly email from us. If you'd like to serve that upcoming Monday (either cooking or serving), you can simply sign up via the email. This allows you the flexibility to serve as you're able, as well as allowing a rotation of folks to serve.
