Friendship Kids


Your kids will love Friendship! During each service, we offer great age-specific programming led by caring adults in a safe, secure environment. We want your kids to learn about Jesus, feel loved, and have fun! The ultimate goal of our ministry is not to entertain or provide childcare; rather, it is to come alongside you as partners in helping your children love & follow Christ. This is no easy task, but when the Church and family come together, great things can happen!

Friendship Kids is divided into two areas: Pre-School (birth-age 5) and Elementary (grades 1-5).

Your first visit

Here's what to expect when visiting Friendship Kids for the first time:

Our Kids areas are located on either side of the church building. To get to the appropriate area:

  • Enter the front doors of the church
  • Walk down the hallway into the auditorium
  • For Pre-School: Head to front right side of the room, enter double doors
  • For Elementary: Head to front left side of the room, enter double doors

Once you come through the double doors, you will come to the Check-in area. Here we will check your child into our system, and then one of our Serve team members will lead your child to their age-appropriate room or area.

Upon checking in for the first time, we will ask for the following personal information (NOTE: We value your privacy and will not share this information with anyone):

  • Parent/guardian name(s)
  • Child's name
  • Child's birthdate
  • Home address
  • Phone number
  • Any special instructions (allergies, special needs) for your children

Please note: If you Plan A Visit, you can pre-register your kids to expedite the check-in process for your family!

How check-in works

Before Service: On your first visit, we will check you in. After your first visit, you can check-in your child at any available kiosk. After finding your child’s name in the database, you and your child will be given matching name tags that are exclusive to your family and your visit. Your child will need to wear the name tag portion while you hold on to the matching tag.

During Service: In the event that we need to contact you during the service, one of our volunteers or leaders will text you. We ask that you exit the auditorium immediately and look for a staff member or Serve team member who will direct you to your child’s room.

After Service: After the service is complete, you will return to your child’s room and show your tag in order for your child to be released back to you.
